We aim to respond within 2 working days. Include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- A screenshot if possible
- Your workspace/portfolio name so we can look things up quickly
Priority support (Pro plan)
Pro subscribers get priority — we aim to respond within 1 working day during Irish business hours (Monday-Friday).
Feedback, not bugs
If it's a feature request rather than a bug, we read every one. Use the same email but put "Feature request" in the subject line so it goes to the right queue.
What we can't help with
- Legal advice about a specific tenancy dispute. Speak to a solicitor or contact the RTB at rtb.ie.
- Tax advice. Your accountant.
- Tenant disputes. The RTB runs a free dispute resolution service.
