Invoices and receipts

Every payment you make to Anchorlet generates an invoice, stored in your account for your records.

To download your invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Scroll to the Invoice history section.
  3. Each invoice shows the date, amount, and plan period.
  4. Click any invoice to view it in the browser, or click Download PDF to save it.

What's on the invoice

Each invoice includes:

  • Your workspace name and billing email
  • The plan you were on for that period
  • The amount charged in euros
  • Irish VAT at the applicable rate
  • Anchorlet's VAT number
  • The Open Bridge Ltd registered address
  • A unique invoice reference number

This format meets Irish Revenue's requirements for expense records, so invoices can be used directly with your accountant or tax return.

Claiming Anchorlet as a business expense

For most Irish landlords, property management software costs are deductible against rental income as an allowable expense. Your invoices are the evidence you'll need. The specifics depend on how your landlord business is structured (sole trader, company, partnership) — speak to your accountant for the right treatment.

If your accountant needs a bulk download of all invoices for the tax year, let us know at support@anchorlet.ie and we'll send a zipped archive.

VAT

Anchorlet charges Irish VAT on subscriptions. If you're VAT-registered and the software is for your property business, the VAT is recoverable as input VAT on your regular return.

For customers outside Ireland (once we launch internationally), reverse-charge VAT rules will apply for business customers.

Changing your billing email

If you want invoices sent to your accountant instead of yourself, change the billing email in Settings → Billing → Billing details. All future invoices go to the new address; past invoices are always available for download from your account.
