Plans explained

Anchorlet has three plans. Pick the one that fits how much automation you want.

Standard — €39/month

Everything you need to run a portfolio without the AI layer.

  • Unlimited properties
  • Property manager access (invite one or more teammates)
  • Real-time alerts on issues and escalations
  • Cost tracking per property
  • Document vault with search

Best for: landlords who want a central place for properties, tenancies and maintenance, but prefer to handle communication themselves.

Pro with Elliot — €69/month

Everything in Standard, plus the AI assistant.

  • Elliot AI assistant — ask questions, draft replies, summarise leases
  • Tenant email handling — inbound emails routed to the right property
  • Lease & PDF analysis — extract key terms automatically
  • Voice-matched drafts — Elliot learns how you write and matches your tone
  • Priority support

Best for: landlords and property managers who want to cut the amount of time spent on email and documentation.

Founding Member — €29/month (limited)

The first 50 customers get a permanent founding price that never increases, even when we raise rates publicly. Includes everything in Pro.

  • All Pro features
  • Founding price locked for the life of your subscription
  • Direct line to Glen for feedback and feature requests
  • Early access to new features before general release

Best for: early believers. Limited to 50 customers total.

Annual billing

All plans are available as annual subscriptions at a 2-month discount — you pay for 10 months, get 12. Switch at any time from Settings → Billing.

Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling

You can change plans at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancelling ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period — your data stays available throughout.

What's not included

  • Legal advice (we're not solicitors)
  • Tax filing (though you can export all the data your accountant needs)
  • RTB registration fees (paid directly to the RTB at rtb.ie)
  • Payment processing for rent collection (coming later)
