Upgrading your plan

You can switch between Anchorlet plans at any time. Upgrades unlock new features immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

To upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Find the plan you want to switch to.
  3. Click Upgrade.
  4. Confirm the change.

The new plan is active from that moment. If you're switching from Standard to Pro mid-month, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period, and full price from the next renewal.

What changes when you upgrade

Standard → Pro: Elliot AI becomes available immediately. Your existing data becomes accessible to Elliot right away — you can ask about any property, lease, tenant or issue as soon as the upgrade completes. Tenant email handling, lease analysis and voice-matched drafts are all switched on. Priority support is active on your account.

Pro → Founding Member (for eligible customers): Price drops, features remain the same. Founding Member pricing is locked for the life of the subscription.

To downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change plan and pick the lower tier.
  3. Confirm the change.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep the features you've paid for until then. No prorated refunds are issued — you've already paid for the month or the year.

Annual billing

All plans are available as annual subscriptions at a 2-month discount (you pay for 10 months, get 12). Switching from monthly to annual gives you the discount from the next renewal; switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the annual renewal date.

If payment fails

If a renewal charge fails — expired card, insufficient funds — Anchorlet will email you and try again over a few days. If it still fails after that, your workspace is temporarily locked until the card is updated. Your data is never deleted; everything returns to normal as soon as payment succeeds.

Cancelling

To cancel entirely, go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel subscription. Your workspace remains fully active until the end of the current billing period, then goes read-only. Read-only means you can still log in and export data, but can't make changes. Your data remains available for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to return, then is permanently deleted.
