Phrasing tips
Three things that make Elliot's answers better:
Be specific about time — "this month", "in the last 90 days", "since March" all work.
Name the property directly — address or shortcode. Elliot handles partial matches ("the Pembroke one") but exact is faster.
Ask follow-ups rather than restarting — Elliot remembers the conversation. "And how much did that cost?" after asking about an issue works better than restarting with full context.
